Robert Neal Boring, PMP, MCP is President and Managing Partner of the Southern Project Group, Inc. with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and San Jose, California. Neal has over 18 years as a Project Manager as well as delivering Project Management Training & Consulting services to organizations such as Lockheed-Martin, Ford Motor Company, Johns Hopkins University, MCI, United States Air Force Academy, Maxtor, SunTrust Bank, 3rd Evolution, ITC Deltacom and Cox Communications.
Neal is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Project Server 2007. Neal’s formal project management engagements include; Microsoft Project Server 2002/2003/2007 Enterprise Project Management Solutions, Business Process Improvement and New Product Development (software & hardware).
Neal has also trained over 3000 individuals on Microsoft® Project and Project Management processes focused around the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). The Southern Project Group is a sponsor of the Atlanta Microsoft Project User Group (MPA). |

Susan Cobb, MCSE, MCT is the Chief Technology Officer for Southern Project Group. With over 20 years of industry experience, Susan has extensive capabilities in network architecture design, system architecture design, server sizing, scalability planning and custom development of solutions based on the Microsoft Project Server platform, the Six-Sigma Accelerator and all supporting technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005, SQL Analysis Server, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Server products, Terminal Server, Internet Information Server and SharePoint Products and Technologies. She is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Trainer and is certified to deliver the Microsoft EPM Solution. |

Wayne Walker, MCTS starting out in the financial business sector, a transition was made after 10 years to the technology sector to implement international banking systems running on IBM Mainframes integrating with UNIX based mid-level systems. Technology focus then transitioned through Novell Networking, Lotus Notes development, BroadVision eCommerce, Interwoven Content Management, a custom Microsoft (ASP, SQL Server) based Digital Asset Management System and then Microsoft’s Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Project Server based solutions.
As a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) in Project Server 2003 and Project Server 2007, Wayne has deployed Microsoft Project Server based solutions in over 35 organizations ranging in size from 5 Project Managers and 50 Team Members to 5,000 Project Managers and 20,000 Team Members, in verticals ranging from Federal Government to Manufacturing and Aero Space to Hi-Tech |

Edward M. Hanna, PMP is a Sr. Enterprise Project Management Consultant having consulting experience in a broad range of industries including banking, entertainment, health care, insurance, manufacturing, and numerous other industries. He consults with Fortune 500 companies and Federal agencies and assists them with deploying tools and processes critical to the creation and sustainment of the Project Management Office (PMO).
Over the past 8 years, he has specialized in assisting CIOs, CTOs, and PMO Directors with deployment of Microsoft’s industry-leading Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution—including Project Server, Project Portfolio Server, and all closely-related Microsoft software.
In addition to his consulting work in Enterprise Project Management, he has over 20 years of experience in program/project management, strategic planning, and executive staff roles in Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics/EE, a master’s degree in Business/Technology Management, a doctorate in Organization Change Management, and a PMP certification. |

Jim Anderson, PMP, MSPM, MCITP is a project management professional with 25+ years of successful project implementations and service delivery of highly technical telecommunication products and services during his career at AT&T. Now an Independent Consultant, Jim's experiences are within commercial real estate at Novare Group and The Lane Company related to Microsoft Project Server and at Kilpatrick and Stockton, Attorneys at Law; TIAA-CREF; and at Sita Equant focused on Project Management Offices methodologies. Additionally, Jim's strengths are in problem-solving, trouble-shooting, analytical and leadership skills.
Jim is now a project consultant and trainer specializing in enterprise project management at the enterprise and PMO level. Jim is currently focused on the implementation, customization and training for Microsoft’s Office Project Server 2007 and SharePoint Server 2007. Jim has deployed Microsoft Project and Portfolio Server products in the southeast United States. He is certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) having completed all four certification tests from Microsoft Learning.
Jim has earned his PMP from PMI and is a member of the Atlanta chapters of PMI and MPA, (the official industry association of Microsoft Office Project). He also has a BA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. |
